We are back in the Philippines
After 3 months in the high quality service country Switzerland in the first world are we back in the service desert Philippines. In just 3 months there is a lot of defects in our house and also on the appliances in the house:
1. The lighter of the new Gas-Grill its defect by leaking battery. Ok, this is our mistake. We like to order the part by All Home in Nuvali. Result: No answer
2. The Samsung double sided Ref its defect by always power lost (brown out) trough the Serviceprovider Meralco. We order the Service for Samsung. Result: No answer no call.
I place a couple of mails by Merlaco for to complain about the frequently power loss in our region. Result: No answer.
3. We have Termites in the garden. 4 Insect hunters remove it and spray a lot of poison material in the garden (I know its necessary). Thank you for the good work this time...
4. There are many cracks in the walls inside and in the wooden ceiling. I need two days to solve it.
5. We like to order 8 peaces of garden lamps. Result: No answer. All Home Nuvali.
For all European readers. No, thats not a joke thats how "service" works in the Philippines. They even don't know the word about!
Sorry to all Philippines. But, for us European is this an unbelievable situation. Yes, here you have to improve all and everything. Not only the traffic discipline and trimendes the traffic problems...
